- The text, illustrations and photomontages will be covered in the mainstream "Parapsipunk Manifesto."
- The magazine is published in February, May, August and November.
- The texts must have a length between 200 and 500 words. This guidance is not restrictive.
- The genre of texts is immaterial (social criticism, horror, scifi, poetry, etc ...), but necessarily must contain some element of the supernatural. This is equally applicable to the photomontages and illustrations.
- Each issue will propose a theme common to all jobs. The proposed theme for this is: THE DEAD OF ROCK.
- All work must be accompanied by a short resume, or alternatively, review the influences of the author.
- The magazine will have a limited number of pages that do not exceed twenty.
